DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ART ADVISORY SERVICE?

We offer free advice - we aim to introduce collectors to new artworks and artists from around the world. Get in contact with us for free advisory.

CAN I COMMISSION ARTWORK?

There are some artists who do accept commission. If there is an artwork you wanted is no longer available and would like to commission a similar piece, get in touch and email us.

DOES ARTISTS&GALLERY REMOVE ARTWORK FROM THE WEBSITE?

We aim to be an all inclusive platform for all artists, nevertheless with moderation. We reserve the right to remove artwork that are racially offensive, that are in violation of laws protecting minors or which may promote illegal actions against minors. We strongly advice photographers, especially those as nudity as the subject, to release a signed form indicating the model is over the age of 18 and consents to nudity should the legality of the photographs come into question.

HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS PACKAGED?

The artworks are packaged by the artists and follow a standardised packaging process. We confirm and approve the packaging with the artists before shipping and take care to make sure the piece is properly protected.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

We reserve the artwork for you and we notify you right away to confirm its availability and delivery details.

IS A CERTIFIED OF AUTHENTICITY PROVIDED WITH THE ARTWORK?

All the art we showcase comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order before the work has been shipped by emailing us. Once it has been shipped the cancellation period of 14 days begins after delivery. We will only refund you when the artwork has been returned to the artists.

WHO CAN SELL THEIR ARTWORK ON ARTISTS&GALLERY?

Any artist, whether amateur or professional, all are invited to join our valued community!

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE ARTWORKS FOR SALE?

We select artist and a decision is made together on which artwork will be showcased. Nevertheless, we do moderate the content.

WHO TAKES CARE OF THE DELIVERY?

The artist chooses the courier, whether UPS or DHL or specialist art delivery companies only to ensure the safety of the artwork. We deliver everywhere (any country) where the delivery companies operate in.

On the day your package is dispatched, we will email you right away. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that you can pick it up in the nearest post office or collection point. All packages must be signed for!

HOW LONG DO THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery time usually takes between 7 days on average. However, this may depend on the artists availability and the country it will be shipped to.
